Design is organization. When anything is designed, it is "put together with some intent or goal in mind. Everything that is not entirely accidental is to some extent. DESIGNED. Music is designed, Coffee is designed. Marriages are designed. So are books about design, pocket calculators, jokes, bank robberies, hijacking and fire crackers. Some designs are utterly simple, some astoundingly, complex, some succeed, others fail. Whenever, something is purposely done, someone has "designed". Some designs are casual and some are in highly deliberate fashion. Things are almost always designed with more than one purpose in mind.
